(for english, see below)

For more than ten years, I have been supporting people from different generations in my work as a psychologist, and for almost five years I have also been working psychotherapeutically.

Already as a teenager, I found myself deeply drawn to existential themes such as death, loss, illness, and spirituality. These questions eventually led me to study psychology and continue to shape me today. On my own journey of self-exploration, they also inspired my search for effective ways of coping, expressing, and integrating difficult experiences — both for myself and in my work with clients.

In my personal life, I have always loved creative forms of expression, whether through dance, music, or clowning. I enjoy silence, being in nature, spending time with people close to me, and practising my own nature-based form of spirituality.
